Arrange travel and accommodation
- Flight - you need to arrange your flight to arrive to the Barcelona El Prat airport. The earlier the booking is made, the better prices will be available. From the airport the transportation to the Fira is organized by VMware. At the airport exit the VMware staff will show you where the bus stop is located.
- Hotel - you need to book the Hotel during the event and the suggestion is to book asap in order to get best deals and above all find available places. Barcelona has as several subways then the Fira can be reached from anywhere in the city.
- Dressing - the suggestion is to pack casual dressing and comfortable shoes. During the event you will walk a lot to reach the breakout sessions rooms.
